Refunds, deferrals, and transfers
We do not offer refunds. However, if you're unable to participate, we can defer your entry to the following year or transfer your registration to another person.
If you need to defer or transfer your registration, email registration@ccmaboard.org.
Please do not give your race number to another person as that can unfairly impact other runners' awards.
Once again, in addition to the choice of not receiving a shirt for $5 off the registration fee, this year, registrants may
choose not to receive a medal, which takes an additional $5 off the registration fee.
Shirts are manufactured several weeks prior to the event;
therefore, we are not able to guarantee sizes. Runners who register Saturday before the race are not guaranteed a shirt.
Registration for the marathon, half marathon, and five mile is online only. Those registrations close 30 minutes prior to their respective race
start times on Sunday, May 19 to allow for race number assignment and processing.
Registrations for the Kids' Run close at 5 p.m. Friday, May 17.
Participants may still register in person at the race site in Heritage Park.
